Bartłomiej Prus
Founder of Strukteo
My name is Bartłomiej Prus. I am a civil engineer with 12 years in the industry. I worked my way from site engineer to operations director and authorised signatory, at Budimex, PPKZ and ZKR. From that side I know first-hand how much time a company spends on processes, documentation, and making sure nothing slips between people and systems.
Since 2018 I have held unrestricted construction qualifications. I am broadening my management skills with an MBA at Kozminski University. In 2026 I left full-time employment to build my own company. At Strukteo I keep the same rule as on a construction site: personal responsibility for every project, and work delivered to the finish, not to a presentation.

Four principles we hold to.
Clear boundaries
We do not take away your people or your decisions. We set up processes and tools so you do the same work faster and cheaper, while keeping control in-house.
Analysis up front
We start every project by counting what a process costs you today, in hours and money, and where the risks are.
Full transparency
You always know the status, what it really costs, and what comes next.
Payback with a margin
We would rather promise less and show a hard result than paint savings that do not add up. If the payback does not hold, we say so and we do not go ahead.
What we don't do

We do not replace what works
We do not swap out your ERP or rebuild systems that already work. We add a thin layer that connects what you already have.
We do not sell slideware
We do not sell strategy on slides. We work with companies that have real, repetitive processes to offload, in any industry.
AI is not a miracle cure
AI is just one piece of the puzzle. In many cases the answer is new processes and automations that do not need artificial intelligence at all.
